Rooms are moderate , hygiene is moderate , guest welcoming is not pleasing . Needs improvement on customer service at both hotel and restaurant

Honestly, i expected better, not happy at all except for the breakfast. Rooms are very old and not furnished well. Very little facilities are available here. The staff are not very professional. Food order is very expensive and not that tasty. Also need to mention that power cut is a very big issue here, so come with such backup. I would recommend better to look for another hotel.

The hotel had all the basics in place. Clean and spacious rooms, decent breakfast, and most importantly - responsive and helpful staff. The property is a bit old and can do with some touch ups - e. G. Safe in room, slightly bigger tvs, bigger cupboard for keeping clothes and maintaining the garden. Understand that the the property is used mostly by business travellers, but in holiday season families also come, so some play area or swimming pool for kids would be a great addition. All in all, good stay and no major complaints.

It's a old hotel but rooms are very spacious. But it needs maintenance. Restaurant is good abed serves tasty breakfast and food. One more point i want to mention that the hotel is around 30kms away from hampi, also if you use google maps to find this hotel it takes you to a location near hampi heritage site which is a big mess. They need to correct and show proper location

Property is very good. Reception and other staff members were very helpful in making our stay pleasant. Restaurant services were amazing, all decent staff. The attached travel desk is also nice and will help you plan your nearby visits. Wifi is something they need to work upon, in case you need to attend to your office task etc have to rely on your hotspot.

The rock regency is a decent hotel from the outside but needs lot of room upgrades. Would have been a great place in 2000 but not in 2024. The staff is caring and helpful. Food is good but lot of improvement in ambience and cleanliness is required.

We booked this hotel in the thought that it will be near the hampy heritage site, but it is around 35-40 km. The hotel staff was supportive. The property is situated in a good place.

Horrible experience. The room is not clean at all. We change the room 3 times. Most of the things are broken in the room such as switch, door, etc. Bathroom is stinky. Worst is the restaurant. Extremely dirty very unhygienic. Not recommended to anyone if anyone coming to hampi. Anyway it's 30 km from hampi
